Summary
StoyMedia LLC ("StoyMedia," "we," "our," or "us") owns and operates each website, landing page, and brand property that displays this Privacy Policy (each, a "Site"). This Privacy Policy sets forth our policy with respect to the collection, storage, and use of your personal information and other information that we collect from you across our Sites. Please note, if you are a resident of a European Union Member State ("EU Resident"), the United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction subject to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you are not permitted to use the Sites and/or StoyMedia Offerings (as defined below).
Users with disabilities who wish to access this Privacy Policy in an alternative format can contact us by emailing [email protected] or by calling (773) 217-0793.
Background
You agree to this Privacy Policy, in its entirety, when you: access a Site; submit a request through any form on a Site to be connected with, or to obtain information about, the products or services offered or featured on that Site (collectively, "Lead Services") as provided by the third-party businesses, service providers, and professionals featured on or connected through the Sites (collectively, "Third-Party Service Providers"); access articles, guides, or other content on a Site ("Content"); utilize any interactive features of a Site, including forms, quizzes, or feedback tools ("Interactive Services"); and/or access links to our social media pages on third-party platforms such as Facebook® and Instagram® ("Social Media Pages," and together with the Sites, Lead Services, Content, Interactive Services, and Social Media Pages, the "StoyMedia Offerings").
Capitalized terms not defined herein shall have the meaning set forth in the StoyMedia Terms of Use ("Terms of Use").
IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO THIS PRIVACY POLICY IN ITS ENTIRETY, YOU MAY NOT ACCESS OR OTHERWISE USE THE STOYMEDIA OFFERINGS.
Any use of the Sites by users is not intended to, and will not create, an attorney-client relationship between any such users and StoyMedia. Without limiting the foregoing, any information submitted to StoyMedia and/or any electronic or other communication sent to StoyMedia will not create, or be covered by, an attorney-client relationship between users and StoyMedia.
Important Disclosure Regarding Our Business Model: StoyMedia is a lead generation and performance marketing company operating across multiple verticals and consumer brands. We are financially compensated for connecting consumers with Third-Party Service Providers. When you submit your personal information through a Site, that information may be sold or transferred to up to four Third-Party Service Providers in order to fulfill your request. By submitting your information, you acknowledge and agree to this practice as further described in this Privacy Policy.

Personally Identifiable Information We Collect
We collect your personally identifiable information when you use a Site in order to utilize the StoyMedia Offerings. We may also collect your personally identifiable information when you otherwise agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy but do not complete the applicable request form in full.
The personally identifiable information that you provide on the applicable Site forms and/or in connection with your request may include, depending on the Site and the products or services you request, all or some of the following: your first and last name; your email address; your primary telephone number; your mobile telephone number (if different); your home address, city, state, and ZIP code; the category of product or service applicable to your inquiry; a description of your request, desired timeline, and any other details you provide; and any other information you voluntarily provide on the applicable Site form.
Consent to Call Tracking and Recording
StoyMedia uses call tracking technology to measure the performance of our advertising campaigns and to route calls appropriately. This technology is provided by third-party platforms that may include CallRail, GoHighLevel, and/or Ringba. When you call a phone number displayed on a Site, that call may be routed through one or more of these platforms before connecting to us or to a Third-Party Service Provider.
Following your submission, you may be contacted by StoyMedia and by the Third-Party Service Provider(s) to whom your information was provided, consistent with the consent you provided at submission. Any of these parties may record calls for quality assurance and compliance purposes, and you will be notified at the beginning of any recorded call as required by applicable law, including the Illinois Eavesdropping Act (720 ILCS 5/14-2) where applicable. Call recordings made by Third-Party Service Providers are subject to those providers' own privacy policies and data retention practices.
TrustedForm. We use TrustedForm, a consent certification service provided by ActiveProspect, Inc. TrustedForm deploys a tracking pixel on our lead forms that captures a session-level recording of your form interaction and generates a timestamped certificate documenting the consent event at the time of submission. This certificate is used solely for TCPA compliance verification and record-keeping purposes. TrustedForm may collect your IP address, browser information, form interaction data, and a session replay of your visit. Data collected through TrustedForm is subject to ActiveProspect's privacy policy, available at activeprospect.com.
Use and Sharing of Personally Identifiable Information
Please see our Privacy Provisions for California Residents below for additional details regarding how we use the personal information collected.
By submitting your personal information on a Site, you agree that we may share, sell, and/or transfer such personal information with Third-Party Service Providers in order to complete your request, and that the Third-Party Service Providers may use such personal information for any lawful purposes, subject to any restrictions contained herein. Any information that you supply to any Third-Party Service Provider shall be governed by the applicable Third-Party Service Provider's privacy policy.
Please be advised that StoyMedia does not itself provide the underlying products or services offered or featured on the Sites (including, without limitation, home improvement, contracting, legal, settlement, or timeshare or contract exit or cancellation services). The ultimate terms and conditions of any products or services provided by any Third-Party Service Provider will be determined solely by those Third-Party Service Providers.
Compensation. StoyMedia is financially compensated for leads transmitted to Third-Party Service Providers. This compensation may take the form of a per-lead fee, a pay-per-call fee, subscription fees, or other commercial arrangements.
We may draw inferences from the information you provide and your activity on the Sites to create a profile that helps us better identify products, services, and offers that may be of interest to you. We may also combine the information you provide with information from other sources to improve its accuracy and help us better understand which offers may be relevant to you.
Where you use the StoyMedia Offerings, we use the personal information you make available to facilitate the provision of the applicable StoyMedia Offerings to you and for verification purposes. You also agree that we may contact you at any time, via email or other means: with updates and/or any other information that we may deem appropriate in connection with your continued use of the StoyMedia Offerings; and with information regarding third-party products, services, offers, and/or promotions that we think might be of interest to you.
If you wish to stop receiving future communications from us, please see the Opt-Out/Unsubscribe section below.
By submitting your personal information in connection with the StoyMedia Offerings, you agree that such act constitutes an inquiry and/or application for purposes of the Amended Telemarketing Sales Rule (16 CFR § 310 et seq.), as amended (the "Rule"), and applicable state do-not-call regulations. As such, notwithstanding that your telephone number may be listed on the Federal Trade Commission's Do-Not-Call Registry and/or on applicable state do-not-call lists, we retain the right to contact you via telemarketing in accordance with the Rule and applicable state do-not-call regulations.
In addition, where you provide "prior express written consent" within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (47 U.S.C. § 227), and its implementing regulations adopted by the Federal Communications Commission (47 CFR § 64.1200), as amended ("TCPA"), you consent to receive telephone calls and SMS text messages — including calls and texts made using an automatic telephone dialing system or an artificial or prerecorded voice — from StoyMedia and from up to four Third-Party Service Providers identified in the partner list for the applicable Site (available at leads.stoymedia.com/partners), delivered to the telephone number(s) you provided, regarding the products or services you requested. You are not required to provide this consent in order to obtain access to the StoyMedia Offerings.
Consent Revocation. You may revoke your consent to be contacted by StoyMedia at any time by emailing [email protected], calling (773) 217-0793, or replying STOP to any text message from StoyMedia; we will honor such requests as to StoyMedia's own communications and add you to our internal suppression list. Communications initiated by a Third-Party Service Provider are governed by that provider's own opt-out process, so to stop such communications you must also contact that provider directly, and each Third-Party Service Provider is independently responsible for honoring opt-out and STOP requests under applicable TCPA and FCC rules.
Please be advised that by agreeing to this Privacy Policy, you are obligated to immediately inform us if and when the telephone number you have previously provided to us changes. Without limiting the foregoing, if you have your telephone number reassigned, give up your telephone number, port your number, or otherwise stop using that telephone number for any reason (collectively, "Phone Number Change"), you agree that you shall promptly notify StoyMedia of the Phone Number Change via email at [email protected].
We may also employ other companies and individuals to perform certain functions on our behalf. Examples include sending direct and electronic mail, SMS text message delivery via GoHighLevel, CRM management, call tracking via CallRail, GoHighLevel, and/or Ringba, consent certification via TrustedForm (ActiveProspect, Inc.), landing page optimization via LanderLab, removing duplicate information from user lists, analyzing data, and providing marketing analysis. The agents performing these limited functions on our behalf shall have access to our users' personal information as needed to perform their functions for us, but we do not permit them to use your personal information for other purposes.
We will also use your personal information for customer service, to provide you with information that you may request, to customize your experience on the Sites, and/or to contact you when necessary in connection with transactions entered into by you on the Sites. We may also use your personal information for internal business purposes, such as analyzing and managing our business. We do not currently purchase personal information from named third-party data brokers. If this practice changes, this Policy will be updated to reflect it.
We also reserve the right to release current or past user information: if we believe the user is using, or has used, the StoyMedia Offerings to commit unlawful acts and/or in violation of the Terms of Use, this Privacy Policy, or any other operating rules; if the information is subpoenaed — provided that, where permitted by applicable law, we shall provide you with email notice and an opportunity to challenge the subpoena prior to disclosure; or if we are sold, merge with a third party, or are acquired — provided that we reserve the right to transfer your personal information to a successor entity without prior individual notice, and your continued use of the Sites following any such transfer constitutes your consent to that transfer. Moreover, you hereby consent to disclosure of any record or communication to any third party when StoyMedia, in its sole discretion, determines the disclosure to be appropriate, including sharing your email address with other third parties for suppression purposes in compliance with the CAN-SPAM Act of 2003, as amended.
Non-Personal Information Collection and Use
Please see our Privacy Provisions for California Residents below for additional details regarding how we collect and share your non-personal information.
IP Addresses / Browser Type. We may collect certain non-personally identifiable information about you when you visit a Site, including, without limitation, the type of browser you use, your IP address, the type of operating system you use, and the domain name of your Internet service provider. We use this non-personally identifiable information to improve the design and content of the StoyMedia Offerings, to personalize your Internet experience, and to analyze Site usage in the aggregate, as well as to offer you products and services.
Cookies. When you visit a Site, we and our third-party partners send one or more cookies and/or pixel tags (collectively, "Cookies") to your browser or device to assign an anonymous, unique identifier. We use Cookies to improve the quality of the Sites, including for storing user preferences, tracking Site-user trends, and supporting our advertising and retargeting campaigns. Most Internet browsers are initially set up to accept Cookies, but you can reset your browser to refuse all Cookies or to indicate when a Cookie is being sent. Even where a user rejects a Cookie, he or she may still use the StoyMedia Offerings, though certain features may be limited. We reserve the right to retain Cookie data indefinitely.
Google Analytics. We use Google Analytics to collect and analyze aggregate information about Site visitors. To opt out, visit: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Meta Pixel. We use the Meta Pixel to measure the effectiveness of our Facebook and Instagram advertising campaigns, to build custom audiences, and to serve retargeted advertisements on Meta platforms. For information about Meta's data practices and your opt-out options, visit: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy.
LanderLab. We use LanderLab as a landing page platform to host forms and optimize conversion performance. LanderLab may collect visitor data including IP address, browser type, device type, and form interaction data. Data collected through LanderLab is subject to LanderLab's privacy policy.
TrustedForm. We use TrustedForm, provided by ActiveProspect, Inc., as a consent certification platform. TrustedForm collects session-level data from our lead forms including IP address, browser information, form interaction data, and a session replay, for the purpose of generating a verifiable consent certificate. This data is not used for marketing purposes. For more information, visit activeprospect.com.
Sensitive Personal Information. StoyMedia does not collect sensitive personal information as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) or similar state privacy laws, including Social Security numbers, precise geolocation data, financial account numbers, health or medical information, racial or ethnic origin, religious beliefs, or biometric data. Accordingly, no "Limit the Use of My Sensitive Personal Information" opt-out mechanism is required or provided. If any Site's forms begin collecting such information in the future, this Policy will be updated and the applicable opt-out mechanism provided.
Behavioral Tracking / Do Not Track
As a general rule, we and our third-party partners (including Meta and Google) track user activity on the Sites for advertising attribution and analytics purposes as described above, including through the Meta Pixel, Google Analytics, LanderLab, and TrustedForm. This tracking may occur even where you have selected the "Do Not Track" option on your Internet browser, as our Sites do not currently respond to browser-level Do Not Track signals.
We do, however, honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as a valid opt-out of the sale and sharing of personal information where required by applicable law, including under the CCPA/CPRA (California) and the Colorado Privacy Act (CPA). If your browser transmits a GPC signal to a Site, we will treat it as a request to opt out of the sale and sharing of your personal information.
Cross Device Tracking
StoyMedia does not independently track users across multiple unaffiliated websites or devices for its own behavioral advertising purposes beyond what is described in this Policy. However, third-party advertising platforms we work with, including Meta and Google, may engage in cross-device tracking in connection with the advertising services they provide to us. Please refer to those platforms' privacy policies for more information.
Other Websites
The Sites may contain links to third-party owned and/or operated websites, including websites owned and/or operated by our Third-Party Service Providers. StoyMedia is not responsible for the privacy practices or the content of such third-party websites. These third-party websites have separate and independent privacy and data collection practices, and StoyMedia has no responsibility or liability relating to them. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of any third-party site you visit.
Security of Your Personal Information
We endeavor to safeguard and protect our users' personal information, both online and offline. Data transmitted through the Sites is protected using Transport Layer Security ("TLS") encryption software. Access to your personal information is strictly limited, and we take reasonable measures to ensure that your personal information is not accessible to the public. We also have security measures in place to protect against the loss, misuse, and alteration of personal information under our control. Please be advised, however, that while we take every reasonable precaution available to protect your data, no storage facility, technology, software, security protocol, or data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Any transmission of data at or through the Sites is at your own risk.
Only employees or third-party agents who need personal information to perform a specific job are granted access to it. In compliance with applicable federal and state laws, we shall notify you and any applicable regulatory agencies in the event that we learn of an information security breach with respect to your personal information. You will be notified via email in the event of such a breach. Please be advised that notice may be delayed in order to address the needs of law enforcement, determine the scope of any breach, and engage in remedial measures.
Children's Privacy
Visitors under eighteen (18) years of age are not permitted to use and/or submit their personal information on the Sites. StoyMedia does not knowingly solicit or collect personal information from visitors under eighteen (18) years of age. We do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of any user we know to be under eighteen (18) years of age. If we discover that we have inadvertently collected personal information from someone under 18, we will promptly delete it. Parents or guardians who believe their child has submitted personal information to us should contact us immediately at [email protected].
Opt-Out / Unsubscribe
Please see our Privacy Provisions for California Residents below for additional details regarding how California residents can opt out from the sale or sharing of their personal information.
To opt out of receiving email advertising, SMS text-based marketing (where and to the extent permitted by applicable law), telemarketing, and direct mail marketing from us, you may follow the unsubscribe instructions at the end of the applicable marketing message, reply STOP to any SMS text message from us, or contact us at: [email protected] | (773) 217-0793. To opt out of the sale of your personal information, please visit leads.stoymedia.com/do-not-sell.
We will process all marketing email opt-out requests within ten (10) business days and all SMS opt-out requests immediately upon receipt of a STOP reply. For California residents seeking to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, see the Privacy Provisions for California Residents section below, which governs that separate right and its applicable fifteen (15) day response window. Notwithstanding the foregoing, we may continue to contact you for the purpose of communicating information relating to your use of the StoyMedia Offerings and to respond to any inquiry or request made by you.
StoyMedia and its Third-Party Service Providers may each contact you following submission consistent with your consent. To stop StoyMedia's own communications, use the methods above; we honor these promptly. Communications from Third-Party Service Providers are subject to those providers' own opt-out mechanisms, and you may need to contact them directly in addition to StoyMedia. Each Third-Party Service Provider bears sole responsibility for honoring your opt-out request as to its own communications under applicable law.
Deleting, Modifying and Updating Your Information
Please see our Privacy Provisions for California Residents below for additional details regarding how California residents can delete and/or access their personal information.
At your request, we will inform you of what personal information we have on file for you. In addition, at your request, we will remove and/or modify the personal information that you have provided to us or that we have collected. You may do so by contacting us at [email protected] or by calling (773) 217-0793; provided that we ask individuals to identify themselves and the information requested before processing such requests, and we may decline to process requests that are unreasonably repetitive or systematic, require disproportionate technical effort, jeopardize the privacy of others, or would be extremely impractical.
Please be advised that deleting your personal information will terminate your access to some or all of the StoyMedia Offerings. Please be further advised that, after you delete your personal information, residual copies may take a period of time before they are deleted from our active servers and may remain in our backup systems.
Retention. We retain personal information for as long as is necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this Policy, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. TCPA consent records are retained for a minimum of five (5) years from the date of consent per FCC guidance. Opt-out and suppression records are retained indefinitely to honor your preferences.
Transfer of Personal Information
Our Sites are operated from the United States and are intended solely for use by residents of the United States. If you are visiting a Site from a country other than the United States, your communications with us may result in the transfer of personal information across international boundaries. By visiting a Site and/or otherwise communicating electronically with us, you consent to such transfers. Residents of the European Union, United Kingdom, or any jurisdiction subject to the GDPR are not permitted to use the Sites.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
StoyMedia reserves the right to change or update this Privacy Policy at any time by posting a notice on the affected Site(s). If the manner in which we use personally identifiable information changes, StoyMedia will notify users by sending the modified Policy via email and/or by any other reasonable means acceptable under applicable law.
